Cookie Policy
Information regarding cookies, local storage, and third-party advertising in compliance with the ePrivacy Directive and GDPR.
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies and web storage (LocalStorage/SessionStorage) store small amounts of data on your device to keep you signed in and remember preferences.
2. Zero Ads and Tracking on OBS Overlays
Trigglow guarantees that the OBS overlay URL (/overlay/{overlaySlug}) contains NO third-party ad cookies or tracking scripts.
3. Free Plan, Adsterra & EU Consent
Starter and Pro plans are 100% ad-free.
Trigglow shows non-invasive banner ads both on the Free plan dashboard and on the site’s public pages (homepage, docs, changelog, clips, etc.; overlays and payment, store and checkout pages are expressly excluded), served by our advertising partner, Adsterra (operated by AD MARKET LIMITED, Cyprus). Under EU law (GDPR and ePrivacy), loading Adsterra requires the visitor’s prior, informed consent, collected through an accept/decline prompt before any third-party script runs or cookie is set.
If the visitor declines, or has not yet decided, Trigglow shows a privacy-friendly house ad instead, with zero third-party tracking cookies.
4. Cookie-Free Visit Analytics
Trigglow uses an internal aggregate statistics system that does NOT set cookies or use your device’s local storage (LocalStorage/SessionStorage). Visits are counted with an anonymous daily identifier, produced by salted-hashing the IP address and User-Agent, which is regenerated every day and prevents individual or cross-day tracking. As it does not access information stored on your device, it does not require consent under Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI.

You can withdraw or change your consent to advertising cookies at any time, as easily as you gave it:
- From Trigglow: with the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer, which shows the consent prompt again, or from Settings → Privacy in your dashboard.
- From your browser: you can allow, block or delete cookies in Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge settings. Disabling essential technical cookies will prevent sign-in and normal use of Trigglow.
