You don't have to carry it alone
Streaming can feel lonely, even with thousands of people watching. If you're having a hard time, talking to someone helps. Everything here is free.

Small things that help
Nobody does all of these. Pick one that fits your week.
During the stream
You can end the stream
Your community can wait. Ending early or taking days off is allowed, and the people who matter will still be there.
Take real breaks
A BRB screen is fine. Stand up, drink water, eat something. Long streams wear you down without you noticing.
Let your mods handle the hate
You don't have to read every message. Hand abusive chat to your mods and step away from it.
Hide the numbers
Watching the viewer count while you stream drains you. In Trigglow you can hide counts and stats in Settings → Language & themes.
In your head
Numbers aren't your worth
Viewers, followers and subs go up and down for reasons that have nothing to do with you: time of day, the algorithm, what else is live.
Celebrate the small wins
A regular saying hi, a clip someone shared, a stream you enjoyed. Those count more than a graph.
Set goals you control
"Stream three days this week" depends on you. "Reach 1,000 followers" doesn't. Choose the first kind.
It's okay to say no
To a collab, an event or a request in chat. Protecting your time isn't letting anyone down.
Away from the stream
Talk to someone offline
A friend, someone in your family or a professional. Chat is not the place to carry this.
Protect your sleep
Late streams add up. Try to keep a regular bedtime, and leave the phone out of bed.
Get outside
A walk, some daylight, a bit of movement. It sounds too simple, and it works.
Have a life beyond the stream
Keep a hobby that has nothing to do with content. Not everything has to be a stream.
We're here too
Trigglow is not a crisis service. If you write about this to Trigi, our support assistant, it will show you these lines and can put you in touch with our team.
