Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Standards of acceptable conduct and technical safety for all streamers and viewers on Trigglow. Breaching this policy entitles Trigglow to apply moderation and suspension measures.

1

1. Illegal Content & Child Protection

It is strictly forbidden to host, transmit or display:

  • Child sexual abuse or exploitation material (CSAM). Detection leads to immediate account termination and reporting to the competent law-enforcement and judicial authorities, under applicable law (including, where relevant, Art. 18 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, the DSA).
  • Terrorism promotion, extreme violence or encouragement of self-harm.
  • Hate crimes and discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion or disability.
  • Systematic harassment, threats or unauthorized disclosure of third parties’ personal data (doxxing).
2

2. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Rights

You must not upload or use in alerts, overlays, clips or the store any media (videos, songs, sound effects, images, fonts or trademarks) for which you lack the license or authorization of the copyright or industrial-property owner. Trigglow may immediately disable the infringing resource.

3

3. Alert, TTS & Viewer Message Abuse

You must not use the alert system, voice clips or Text-to-Speech (TTS) to:

  • Bypass moderation filters through phonetic alterations, character combinations or other means meant to play forbidden terms.
  • Play sounds deliberately designed to damage hearing or overload the broadcast setup.
  • Broadcast synthetic audio impersonating third parties without their consent.
4

4. Financial Fraud & Marketplace Abuse

Strictly forbidden:

  • Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
  • Self-donation schemes or simulated transactions meant for money laundering or tax evasion.
  • Deliberately generating bad-faith bank disputes or chargebacks.
5

5. Technical Security, Malware & Infrastructure Integrity

Forbidden:

  • Uploading executables, malicious scripts in vector files (XSS via SVG) or any file that compromises browser or OBS Studio security.
  • Unauthorized vulnerability scanning, denial-of-service attacks or deliberate flooding of the platform’s APIs, WebSockets or chats, including mass bots or scripts aimed at them.
  • Decompiling, reverse engineering or circumventing the service’s authentication and encryption mechanisms.
6

6. Limit Evasion & Abusive Practices

Creating multiple free accounts to bypass plan limits, exploiting technical bugs, and any fraudulent manipulation of the referral program or commissions are forbidden.

7

7. Compliance with Connected Platforms

You must at all times follow the community guidelines and terms of service of the integrated platforms you use (Kick, Twitch, YouTube, Discord, Spotify or others). If you use YouTube song requests, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Being banned on a source platform for unlawful conduct, or committing serious violations there tied to your use of Trigglow, may lead to precautionary suspension of your account.

8

8. Notice, Takedown & Moderation (DSA)

Reporting unlawful content: anyone can report an infringement by writing to abuse@trigglow.com (or dmca@trigglow.com for intellectual property). To process it, include the exact URL or identifier of the content, a reasoned description of why you consider it unlawful, your contact details and a statement that the information is accurate and complete.

Measures: in case of a breach, Trigglow may issue warnings, remove content, disable specific alerts, temporarily suspend the account or terminate it permanently, without prejudice to the rights consumer law grants the user. Where the breach involves flagrant crimes, serious risks to system security or imminent financial harm, the removal or block is applied immediately as a precaution and the reasons are communicated afterwards.

Statement of reasons & appeal: any restriction or suspension is communicated to the affected user with the reason and the rule breached. The user may contest it by replying to that notice or writing to contact@trigglow.com, for at least six (6) months from receiving it, and the complaint will be reviewed by a member of the team.

Repeat offenders and abuse of the system: we will suspend the accounts of users who repeatedly breach this policy and stop processing notices from those who systematically submit manifestly unfounded notices or complaints (Art. 23 DSA).

Single point of contact (Arts. 11 and 12 DSA): contact@trigglow.com, the official channel for direct and fast communication for both authorities and users. Communication languages: Spanish and English.
