Schedules & daily caps

Limit a trigger to active hours or a maximum number of fires per day.

Under Advanced in the trigger editor, turn on a schedule to restrict when a trigger can fire — useful for time-limited events or to keep a popular alert from firing all day.

Active hours use a timezone you choose (defaults to your browser's); a daily cap resets at midnight in that timezone.

Steps

Open a trigger → Advanced → Schedule.

Set Active hours (start/end) if it should only fire during part of the day.

Set Max fires per day to cap how many times it can trigger, then save.

Note

Leave both empty for a trigger with no schedule restrictions — most triggers don't need one.
