Trigglow Web

Web dashboard, reactive OBS overlays, alerts, and live stream monetization.

Open Dashboard
v0.17.1

New sign-in for the OBS plugin

  • New sign-in: the plugin shows a code, you open the link page on Trigglow, check that it shows the same code and approve it there. Nothing is connected until you approve it.
  • New page to link apps: it shows which app and version is asking to connect, when it asked and the code it should be showing, warns you when the request comes from a different network, and lets you cancel it with "It wasn't me".
v0.17.0

Stream highlights, a Pro highlight reel, alert import with Rive alerts, AI credits, and a clip editor with transitions, audio tools and a resizable timeline

Stream highlights

  • Moments, chapters and markers are free on every plan.

Moments

  • Each ended stream in Activity → Stream history opens its highlights: the best moments (chat spikes, clips, raids, tips, subs, bits, follows, redeems and alerts), each with its time and a link to that second of the VOD on Twitch, YouTube or Kick.
  • Reactions: shouts, laughter and hype are found in the VOD's own audio once the stream ends, in any game and without the desktop app.

YouTube and Twitch

  • YouTube chapters: add your highlights as chapters to the YouTube VOD's description in one click. The title, category and tags stay as they were.
  • Twitch stream markers: while you're live, Trigglow adds a marker when chat explodes, on a raid and on a tip or paid alert of 10 or more, so those moments show up in Twitch's own VOD timeline. On by default, with a switch above Stream history.

Games

  • League of Legends with Trigglow Desktop: your kills and multikills, first blood, aces, dragons, barons and steals, close escapes and the result become moments, and the stream is split into matches with your champion and KDA.

Automatic editing (Pro)

Highlight reel

  • The best moments of an ended Twitch or Kick stream are cut from the VOD into one video. It opens as a normal clip editor project, so you can re-edit it, download it or publish it.
  • The reel edits itself: cuts grow so nobody is cut off mid-sentence, captions are added and a hook title opens it.
  • Up to 3 vertical shorts of the strongest moments, with your vertical layout for that game.
  • A recap for each match: League of Legends matches, and Fortnite, VALORANT, Apex Legends, Marvel Rivals, Call of Duty and Dead by Daylight, where kills, wins and match starts are read from the VOD.
  • You get an email and a notification when the recap is ready, and its card shows its place in the render queue.

Clip → vertical

  • In Create clip, paste a Twitch or Kick clip of your channel, or pick one of your Trigglow clips, and get an edited 9:16 video with your layout, captions and a hook title.

Clip editor

Transitions

  • 17 kinds (fade, dissolve, dip to black or white, blur, zoom, pixelate, slides, wipes, circle and clock wipe) on any cut, with their own length or applied to every cut. They blend across the cut without changing the length of your video, and the preview plays them the way the export renders them.

Audio

  • Separate audio: move a clip's sound to the audio track as its own item, to trim, move or mute it apart from the picture.
  • Audio panel for clips and sounds: fade in and out in seconds, normalize loudness to -14 LUFS (the TikTok and Shorts level), reduce noise, enhance voice, and 11 voice, tone and space effects (chipmunk, deep voice, robot, megaphone, telephone, radio, lo-fi, bass boost, echo, hall, underwater) with a strength. Press Listen to hear a sample before exporting.
  • Speed from 0.25x to 4x, with the option to change the pitch with the speed.

Video layers

  • Add another video, or your clip from the playhead, as a picture in picture with its own volume, opacity and animations.
  • Green screen: remove a colour from a video layer, pick it with the eyedropper and tune amount and softness. The preview shows the same result as the export.

Effects, text and animations

  • 29 effects and colour looks in 6 groups, new ones include motion blur, glow, vignette, RGB split, VHS, old film, fisheye, mirror, cinema bars, and looks like Cinematic, Golden hour and Noir. Each tile previews its effect and plays it when you hover.
  • 16 new caption and text fonts (Lilita One, Titan One, Bowlby One, Archivo Black, Abril Fatface, DM Serif Display, Press Start 2P, Creepster…) and 15 new text styles.
  • Animations for stickers and pictures: enter, exit and loop (fade, pop, slides, pulse, float). Social stickers arrive with a pop and leave with a fade.

Timeline

  • Drag the handle between the preview and the timeline to make it bigger or smaller; it remembers your size. Each track has a row height (Auto, Small, Medium or Large).
  • Track headers with mute, hide and lock; the export follows them. Clips show frames of the video and sounds show their waveform.
  • Overlapping items go on their own row instead of hiding each other.
  • New tools: the razor (B) to cut where you click, hover skimming, a right-click menu (split, duplicate, separate audio, mute, delete), a volume line on clips and sounds, and handles to change a transition's length.
  • Edges snap to the playhead, cuts and other items. Ctrl + mouse wheel zooms around the pointer, and the timeline scrolls by itself when you drag near its edge.
  • Shortcuts: Ctrl+B split, Ctrl+D duplicate, M mute, N snapping, arrows move one frame (Shift: one second), Home and End.

Improvements

  • Crop frames: when one frame covers another (for example a full-screen frame), you can still click the one behind it. Alt + click picks the next frame down.
  • Elements in the preview snap to guides, and Shift locks the drag to one axis.
  • On short screens the steps on the left scroll instead of being cut off, and the timeline's starting height fits your window.
  • Autosave now also keeps your elements, effects, sounds and track settings.
  • If the same project is open in two tabs or devices, the editor no longer overwrites the other one's changes: it warns you and lets you keep your version or load the latest.
  • The shortcuts line in the editor lists the current shortcuts.
  • The editor no longer scrolls the page and has more room on desktop; Duplicate is on the mobile tool strips.

Clips

Length and quality

  • Pro clips can be up to 15 minutes long (they were 5).
  • Clips from a 4K source play in 4K, and Starter and up can export in 2K at 60 fps.

Layouts and publishing

  • Layouts per game: link a layout to one or more games and automatic shorts use the right one. Save as template moves from Export to Layouts. Clips remember their game, and you can set it when uploading.
  • Publishing to YouTube: choose the thumbnail with a slider over your video (YouTube only accepts custom thumbnails from verified channels).

Animated alerts

Trigglow's animated alerts

  • Seven animated alerts made in Trigglow, no design tools needed: Lines (three lines that glitch in), Banner (a strip that slides in with an icon), Card (a glowing card with a picture), Counter (a big number that counts up), Neon (a flickering sign), Burst (a picture between spinning rays) and Ticker (two strips that meet from the sides).
  • Their texts (with {viewer}, {count}, {months} and the rest of the variables), colours, font, size, duration and volume are fields, and each event starts with a text of its own.
  • They work everywhere an alert does: events, variations, channel point redeems and paid alerts.
  • One Alert type picker (classic, animated or Rive file) in the Alerts tab and in the full editor, with a preview that loops while you edit.

Layer editor

  • Build your own animation from text, picture and shape layers. Text layers take variables, font, size, colour, weight, alignment, capitals and shadow; pictures come from your uploads or the catalogue, with fit and rounded corners; shapes are rectangles or ovals with fill and border.
  • Each layer has position, size, rotation and opacity, an entrance (12 effects, with delay and duration), an exit (9 effects) and a loop while it's on screen.
  • Drag layers on the canvas, resize them with the handle and nudge them with the arrow keys. The preview plays the alert as OBS will, and the alert box stays centred: the editor only places what's inside it.
  • Mark a layer as editable in the alert and its text and colour, its picture or its fill become fields of the alert.

My templates

  • Save a design under My templates, next to Trigglow's own, and use it in any alert.
  • Editing a template updates every alert of yours that uses it. Each alert keeps its own copy of the design, so deleting a template doesn't break the alerts that used it, and alerts with a design keep working when you export or sell them.
  • An imported alert whose design isn't in your library offers Save to my templates.

Rive files

  • Upload your own .riv file and Trigglow reads it: texts, colours, numbers, options, switches and pictures become fields, with their values from the file.
  • If the file has several animations or view model instances, pick them from a list. Choose which trigger fires the alert (the one named like an event, by default). The size and volume fields drive the alert's own size and volume.
  • Picture fields: upload your logo or any image and it replaces the one in the animation, without touching the file. Leave it empty to keep the file's own.
  • Customise fields: rename, reorder and hide fields, and set the range, step and default of numbers. Your setup travels with the alert, also in packs.

Import from Streamlabs or StreamElements

  • Import your alerts from Streamlabs or StreamElements: paste the alert box's OBS browser source URL and every alert and variation becomes a Trigglow alert, with its media copied into your library. No login needed. You can also build alerts from a pack's files.

Giveaway overlay

  • Winner reveals: reel, wheel or name flash. Pick one in Giveaways; it travels in packs with the rest of the look.

Overlay collections

Several setups, one active

  • Keep several complete overlay setups (Main, Halloween, a sponsor week…) and switch between them in Collections.
  • A collection holds all your alerts (events, variations, redeems and paid alerts) and the look of chat, activity, goals, credits, emote rain, quests, giveaways, loyalty and music, plus your default overlay style.
  • It doesn't touch what's happening on your channel: quests, goals and giveaways in progress, points, the song queue and your connections stay the same when you switch.
  • Your current alerts and overlays were moved into your first collection, so nothing changes until you create another one.

Switching

  • Activate a collection and Trigglow first lists exactly what it will replace. Open overlays in OBS change straight away.
  • The collection you leave keeps its own setup, so going back to it brings everything back as it was.
  • Only the active collection's alerts fire, show in the Alerts page and count towards your plan's alert limits. If loyalty, quests or an automation point to an alert from another collection, it doesn't fire and the page tells you.

Manage

  • Duplicate a collection with all its alerts, rename it or delete it (except the active one). The Alerts page shows which collection you're editing.
  • How many collections you can have depends on your plan.

Packs (.overlaytrigglow)

Export

  • Export a collection as a .overlaytrigglow file and choose what goes in: which overlays, and which alerts.
  • Account-specific bits are left out: channel point rewards (those alerts come in switched off until the new owner picks a reward), your TTS voice and your connections.
  • Packs replace the JSON export and import on the Alerts page.

Import

  • Before importing you see what the pack brings: which overlays, which alerts, and who exported it.
  • Choose where it goes: a new collection, or an existing one where only the overlays the pack brings are replaced (the list says exactly which), with the option to make a copy first. When you're at your collection limit, only an existing collection is offered.
  • Files are added to your library through the usual checks (storage, duplicates, copyright and moderation).
  • With Trigglow Desktop, double-click a .overlaytrigglow file: Trigglow opens (or the running app takes it) and shows the import wizard in Collections. Signed out, it waits for you to sign in; a pack sold with a licence code opens Redeem a code.

Safe to share

  • Every pack is signed by Trigglow and shows who exported it. If it was changed outside Trigglow, you're told before importing.
  • Open packs are for backups and friends: the same pack can be imported by a limited number of accounts. To share it more widely, publish it in your store, where free packs are allowed. The store terms don't allow selling or mass-distributing open pack files.

Selling packs

In your store

  • A new product type, Overlay pack: generate it from one of your collections in the product editor, choosing which overlays it includes. Generate it again whenever you change the collection; the new version goes through review.
  • Packs go through the usual product review, can be free or paid (a free pack doesn't need payouts set up), and the product page says what's inside (for example: Alerts, Chat, 17 alerts).
  • Files from paid packs can be served with links that expire, so they're harder to copy from OBS.

Buying and installing

  • Buying a pack needs a Trigglow account. Install in Trigglow on the purchase page puts it in a new or existing collection, with the same steps as importing a file.
  • Buyers edit their copy freely, but packs are never downloadable (not from the page, the email or the library), and a bought collection, or a copy of it, can't be exported or resold.
  • Installing again brings the latest approved version.

Versions and refunds

  • Updates are free for everyone who bought the pack. A new major version can be free or have an upgrade price, which the cart applies to buyers of an older one; each buyer keeps the major version they paid for.
  • A refund, a reversed charge or a lost dispute blocks the installed collection (switching to another one if it was active) without deleting it. A won dispute unblocks it.

Licence codes

Sell outside Trigglow

  • Sell your packs, or any store product except memberships, on your own website or other shops: each sale gets a licence code the buyer redeems in Trigglow.
  • Issue codes in batches (shown once, with a CSV) or one per sale with the shop API, from Store → Licence codes.
  • Packs sold with codes are encrypted with their own key, so the file only works through Trigglow; with the code alone the buyer can install it.

Balance and fees

  • Each code costs a small fee that depends on your plan, paid from a balance you top up by card. Without enough balance no codes are issued, so nothing is ever billed later.
  • Voiding a code that wasn't redeemed returns its fee. Void all clears every unused code at once, and can also void the redeemed ones (their buyers lose what they got).
  • Send the whole unspent balance back to your card after entering your password. The balance history is paged.

Your codes

  • See your codes again at any time after entering your password (and your 2FA code if it's on), with a CSV of the unused ones.

Redeem a code

  • A new Redeem a code page, next to your payment history. A link with the code fills it in.
  • A pack code installs the pack right there, into a new or existing collection; a product code creates a free purchase in your account, delivered like any order (email and library). Redeemed packs are listed below to install again.

Plans

AI credits

  • Every AI feature (subtitles, hook titles, AI voice, game detection) spends from one monthly pool per plan. Plan and billing shows how much each use costs, and this month's subtitle minutes already count.

Plan seniority

  • Consecutive paid months on Starter or Pro earn a tier (bronze at 3 months, then silver, gold, platinum, diamond and legend at 36) with extra AI credits every month, a badge on your public profile and, from gold, a frame on your picture. No price changes: just more of what your plan has.

Pricing

  • The cost calculator compares Free, Starter and Pro with the yearly savings and, when you're logged in, starts from last month's income. The plan table marks what changed.

Public site

Mobile

  • The public site feels like an app on phones: the menu is a bottom sheet, Trigglow Link pages have sticky bars and the tip form opens in a sheet, the store has a 2-column grid with filters and cart in sheets, and public clips play in a full-screen viewer with comments in a sheet and native share.

Supporters

  • Supporting Trigglow: the tip jar shows a tier track with an icon per tier and an option to pay the card fees, and /supporters has a hall of fame, the total raised and where the tips go.

Improved

Icons

  • Icons instead of emojis everywhere: the clip editor, the support assistant, tickets, the admin pages and the rest of the dashboard. Links and buttons show an arrow icon instead of a text arrow.

Uploads

  • Uploads are checked more strictly: a file whose content isn't a real picture, video or sound is refused.

Privacy

Conversations with Trigi

  • Conversations with Trigi in Settings → Privacy & data: see how many are saved and delete them whenever you want. They're deleted automatically after at most 12 months.

Privacy policy

  • Updated privacy policy: it covers Trigi inside the OBS plugin, the optional OBS technical data, connected apps and how long each piece of data is kept. You don't need to accept anything again.

Security

Your account

  • Resetting your password or verifying your email asks for your 2FA code when you have it on.
  • Your list of sessions no longer exposes session tokens, and the OBS dock link can't be used to sign in to your account.
  • Ads run isolated from the page, so they can't reach your session.
  • Active sessions no longer exposes sensitive session data.

Connected apps

  • Connected apps in Settings → Active sessions: see the apps signed in to your account (the OBS plugin, Trigglow Desktop, Stream Deck) and disconnect any of them.

Moderators

  • Tighter moderator limits: automations need their own section, timers and automations can't post as you, and store moderators can't delete memberships.

Payments

  • Membership coupons and their maximum uses are applied correctly, and referral withdrawals can't be paid twice.

Platform

  • Stricter limits and network hardening across the platform.

Fixed

Clip editor

  • Glitch and other colour effects could leave a black strip on the right edge of the exported video.
  • The split button's tooltip was in Spanish in every language; Play, Pause and the zoom buttons are now translated too.

Chat bot

  • A moderator deleting commands one by one or in small batches now also needs your approval once they reach the limit, and every command a moderator deletes can be restored.

Tips

  • Card fees a supporter chooses to cover no longer count towards their tier, perks or your goals.

Packs and reels

  • Installing a bought pack no longer stops halfway because of your storage space or a second review, and files from a bought pack are left out when you export an open pack.
  • A highlight reel that gets stuck is marked as failed instead of waiting forever.
v0.16.4

Spotify song requests that wait for your song, keep your playlist going and tell you what's wrong

Song requests (Spotify)

  • A request no longer cuts the song you're listening to: it goes into Spotify's queue just before your song ends, and your playlist carries on after it. Several requests play back to back.
  • Choose which Spotify device requests play on when nothing is playing.
  • New option: skipping a song in Spotify while a request waits plays the request right away. Off by default.
  • If requests aren't playing, the page tells you why (no Spotify device open, no Premium, missing permission) and shows Spotify's own error.
  • Reconnect and Disconnect buttons for Spotify on the song requests page.
  • The bot answers !sr, !song, !queue and !skipsong in your account's language.
  • The page now says clearly that the desktop app only shows what's playing: song requests need Spotify connected with your own app, or YouTube as the source.

Fixed

  • Spotify requests could skip the whole queue without playing anything, or skip a song when you paused it.
  • Requests didn't start on a Spotify app that was open but idle.
  • Skipping a request from the dashboard, chat or Stream Deck now also skips it in Spotify.
  • A song Spotify refuses to play no longer blocks the rest of the queue: it's skipped after a few tries.
v0.16.3

Follower and sub goals with your real count, a message box for paid alerts and a round of fixes

Goals

  • Follower and sub goals that start from what you already have now show your channel's real total on Twitch, Kick and YouTube, and stay in sync during the stream.

Trigglow Pay

  • Paid alerts whose text uses {message} now ask the viewer for a message when they pay. Your word filter checks it before charging, and it appears in the alert and in chat.

Fixed

  • Kick KICKs alerts never fired, and KICKs and gifted sub amounts on Kick counted as 1.
  • $(randomuser) always picked the person who used the command. It now picks someone who chatted in the last 30 minutes.
  • Spotify song requests could skip the whole queue without playing anything, or skip a song when you paused it.
  • Overlays left open in OBS kept running an old version after an update. They now reload on their own (alerts wait until nothing is on screen).
  • Goal bars could stay out of date if OBS was still connecting when they changed.
v0.16.2

Bulk actions for chat commands, a Botrix import that keeps your variables and one variable format

Chat bot

  • Commands: select rows, a whole page or every matching command, then enable, disable or delete them together. "Disable all" and "Delete all" ask you to type a word to confirm.
  • Deleted commands by mistake? When you delete 2 or more, you can restore them for 7 days from "Recently deleted".
  • If a moderator deletes all your commands, or 10 or more at once, you get a request to approve or reject. Nothing is deleted until you accept, and the request expires after 7 days.
  • One variable format: the picker and the Variables tab only show $(…) variables. Rand[…], RandomList[…] and fetch[…] from imports keep working and are saved as $(random …), $(randomlist …) and $(urlfetch …).

Imports

  • Botrix: new "Paste from Botrix (keeps variables)" option that imports your commands exactly as Botrix stores them, with variables, cooldowns, aliases and roles. Trigglow never accesses your Botrix account.
  • Importing from Botrix by channel name now warns you that Botrix's public list hides variables, and marks every command affected.
  • StreamElements and Kicklet: random numbers and random picks now become Trigglow variables instead of raw text; commands and timers you already imported are fixed automatically.

Fixed

  • Kick channel emotes with a hyphen in their name were missing from the emote picker.
v0.16.1

Themes for every overlay, goals that start from your real numbers and a round of fixes

Overlays

  • 13 themes shared by every overlay (Chat, Activity, Goals, Credits, Quests, Loyalty & XP, Giveaways and Music): Glass, Minimal, Clean, Neon, Cards, Bubble, Aurora, Sunset, Carbon, Terminal, Pixel, Pastel and Noir.
  • "Apply this theme to all overlays" on each overlay page and on the Overlays hub, so everything matches in one click.
  • In the chat overlay each theme lays out messages its own way: cards, bubbles, terminal, pixel… Your chat overlay starts on Glass, which keeps the look you had.
  • Goals can count Twitch, Kick, YouTube or all platforms, and start from what you already have (your real follower or sub count, which you can edit or refresh) or from zero. Live events only count towards a goal for its own platform.
  • Credits: turn them on or off, choose autoplay, and roll them now or stop them with a button.
  • Simpler appearance settings: screen position, scale and width are gone, the size of the source in OBS decides. Gap is now under Shape and text size under Text. The Activity overlay is 500 px wide.
  • Emote rain is added to OBS full screen (1920×1080) from the desktop app.

Chat bot

  • Commands: search by name, reply or alias, and 25 commands per page. Long replies no longer make the page scroll sideways.
  • Timers: choose what makes them post: messages and time, only messages, or only time.
  • New timers are "Live only" by default.
  • Follows, subs, gifted subs, raids and tips in your chat, and the pinned-message label, now appear in your language. The desktop app and the dashboard follow your account language.

Trigglow Pay and Link

  • A redesigned GIF picker: bigger search, a grid that fits your screen and a clear selected GIF.
  • If the microphone doesn't work for a voice message, "How to enable it" shows the steps for your browser and system.
  • Add your Club (club.com) link to Trigglow Link.

Fixed

  • Giphy didn't show up when picking an image or GIF for an alert; if GIF search is unavailable, it now says so.
  • Goals appeared in the Quests overlay.
  • A giveaway command like !participar didn't register entries unless it was also a chatbot command; renamed commands work too. "Open" is now the highlighted button.
  • Stream Deck beta, plugin and icon downloads gave a "not_found" error.
  • Live chat in the desktop pop-out and the OBS chat dock showed no messages or events (update the desktop app when the new version is out).
  • Dashboard live chat could lose lines when turning auto-scroll on or off, or when an emote couldn't be loaded.
  • Imported chat commands were missing the "!"; the ones you already had are fixed automatically.
  • Paying with a GIF or sound on Trigglow Pay failed with "Your pick expired".
  • The microphone for voice messages was blocked in every browser.
  • Settings pages could go back to their defaults if you left before they finished loading.
v0.16.0

Our biggest update yet: a new clip editor and clip library, new plans, YouTube song requests and imports from every bot

Clip editor

  • A step-by-step editor: Layouts → Elements → Effects → Audio → Captions → Export, using the full width of the screen.
  • Layouts: 11 templates built from crops of your video, with resize, shapes and snapping, and a phone preview of how it looks on TikTok, Reels and Shorts.
  • Animated captions: word by word, with 10 presets, 5 animations (highlight, pop, karaoke, one word…), an editable transcript and new fonts (Montserrat Black, Bangers, Anton).
  • Elements: your own pictures, social stickers (Twitch, Kick, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X), reaction cards, KLIPY animated stickers and styled texts, dragged on the preview and timed on the timeline.
  • Effects: zoom, shake, glitch, pixelate, film grain, blur, black & white and flash, each with its own time and intensity.
  • Sound effects from your media library, placed at the playhead and mixed over the clip.
  • Remove silences automatically: the quiet stretches are cut and everything else moves with the cuts.
  • Censor swear words: flagged automatically or picked in the transcript, muted under a beep with stars on screen.
  • Hook titles: three suggestions for the first 3 seconds, based on what is said in the clip (Starter and Pro).
  • Text to speech: write a line and add it as a voice in the clip (Starter and Pro).
  • Templates: save your layout, captions look and elements and apply them to the next clip. Open any clip from your library in the editor.
  • Export in 720p30, 1080p30, 1080p60 or 4K60 and publish to your YouTube channel now or at a scheduled time.
  • Higher qualities: on Free, unlock 1080p60 or 4K60 by watching a short ad (up to 3 a day); Starter gets a monthly 4K60 allowance; Ad-free includes 1080p60 without an ad.

Clip library

  • Upload your own videos: drag and drop, then add a title, a description with clickable links, tags, a thumbnail from any frame or your own image, and turn comments on or off.
  • Uploads resume if the connection drops and keep going while you do other things; the clip waits in your library as a draft.
  • Choose public, unlisted, private or scheduled. Drafts, private and scheduled clips stay private until they go out.
  • Browse clips by tag in the gallery.
  • Vertical clips get Shorts-style buttons and a "Next clip" button.
  • Viewers can report a clip, and clips with copyrighted music wait for review instead of going public.
  • Trigglow Desktop can keep the clips you make during the stream on your PC and upload them when the stream ends.

Plans and pricing

  • Starter is €5.99/month and Plus is now Pro at €14.99/month.
  • Pay every 3, 6 or 12 months for less, and Ad-free also comes yearly (€9.99).
  • Unlimited chat commands on every plan; Starter gets unlimited triggers and products and 5-minute clips.
  • Paid alerts, store and memberships charge 5 / 2 / 0 % (Free / Starter / Pro) plus payment processing. Tips have no Trigglow fee (minimum €2).
  • Redesigned pricing page and Settings → Plan & billing, with a term picker and a fee calculator.
  • If a price ever changes, you are told by email and in Settings at least 30 days before your renewal.
  • Referrals: earn 25 % of every payment from people you invite during their first 12 months.
  • Invite links now work for existing accounts too, and you can redeem a code in Settings → Plan & billing.

Song requests

  • YouTube song requests: viewers use !sr with a song name or a YouTube link and Trigglow's own player plays it in OBS, no Google login needed.
  • A background playlist plays whenever nobody has requested anything.
  • Lyrics, a YouTube theme, and separate switches for the player and for !sr.
  • Filters for live streams, age-restricted videos, maximum length and repeated songs.
  • Skip, pause, volume and requests on/off from Stream Deck (beta), desktop shortcuts or OBS.

Chat bot

  • Timers 2.0: a two-column editor with your channel emotes shown inline (Kick, 7TV, BTTV, FFZ), variables and a live preview.
  • Timers can go to some platforms only and have a "live only" option.
  • Timers post as your channel's bot and pause themselves if they keep failing.
  • The command editor gets the same emote and variable editor.
  • Import from your old bot: commands, timers, chat alerts, viewer points, loyalty settings and store items from BotRix, Kicklet, kick.cx, StreamElements and Streamlabs Cloudbot, by pasting the data they give you.
  • Pick the import source from one list; viewer points are never counted twice.

Alerts and triggers

  • Paid alerts that fail are retried until they reach your overlay, with their status in Activity and a notification if one fails.
  • Trigger media comes only from your library, Giphy, Tenor or Freesound.
  • A "Saved" banner with a quick Test after saving a trigger, and errors translated on triggers and the pay page.

Sponsorships (beta for Trigglow Creators)

  • Brands get their own accounts, invoices and new formats.
  • Short sponsor videos before public clips, where Creators earn a share on their own clips.
  • Viewers who see ads may get a skippable Trigglow ad before a clip.

Also new

  • A redesigned sign-in page and a Trigglow Team badge.
  • Priority support for Starter and Pro.
  • A proper "page not found".
  • Viewer IPs are no longer stored in plain form.
  • A new test suite found 61 bugs, all fixed, including several security ones.

Fixed

  • The censor beep in exported clips was much quieter than the voice it covers.
  • "Choose another video" in the clip editor kept the previous video's subtitles, elements and effects.
  • Resetting your password with a too-weak password used up the link from the email; now you can try again with the same link.
  • Signing up or resetting a password said "passwords don't match" for any problem with the confirmation, even when they matched.
  • Opening a link with a wrong id (a trigger, quest, giveaway, product, ticket…) showed a server error instead of "not found".
  • A giveaway that had already been drawn could be paused and opened again.
  • Saving an invalid command in chat modules silently reset it to the default; now it tells you what's wrong.
  • Renaming a command while importing it left out the "!", so it could never be used in chat.
  • Saving your pay page settings could erase the social handles taken from your connected platforms.
  • Moderators using the chat tools acted on their own channel instead of the channel they moderate.
  • Clip thumbnails over about 1 MB were refused when uploading a clip.
  • Jumping past the end of a clip could break playback in some players.
v0.15.0

A new alert box, copyright check for uploads, a new media library and "minutes live" quests

  • New Alerts tab: pick an event (Follow, Sub, Gifted subs, Bits / KICKs, Raid, Points redeems or Paid alerts) and edit its alert right there. Create it in one click, change the GIF, sound, message and voice, and test it.
  • Alert variations: a different alert for a concrete amount, like 12+ months subscribed, a tier, 10+ gifted subs, 1,000+ bits or a raid of 50+ viewers. The most specific one plays.
  • Every alert can show an image, GIF or video, play a sound and show a message at the same time, and read the message aloud. No more picking a format: the editor has two steps, "When does it fire?" and "Content", uses the full width and only shows what applies.
  • Gifted subs and bits / KICKs are now separate alerts; alerts that covered both are split automatically so nothing stops playing. Alerts always appear centred (move them in OBS).
  • Uploaded audio and video are checked for copyrighted music: known songs are refused, audio is limited to 30 seconds and anything that can't be checked goes to manual review, with an email.
  • Media library redesign: search, sort, "only unused", drag-and-drop upload with progress, storage usage and original file names. Identical files are no longer stored twice.
  • Quests: new "minutes live" goal (e.g. stream Hytale for 1 hour) with game suggestions from Kick and Twitch, plus branding with icon, sponsored or collab badge, partner link and bar colour.
  • Fixed: a second sub in a row could lose its alert, Test played alerts twice, test alerts from onboarding never reached OBS without an enabled alert, paid-alert prices couldn't be typed, and a sound-only alert showed its name on stream. The overlay now tells you when the browser blocked the sound.
v0.14.1

Easier setup everywhere, music without Spotify and Discord roles for members

  • Music overlay without Trigglow's Spotify app: show what's playing from any player with Trigglow Desktop, or link your own Spotify app with a step-by-step guide (Premium needed, now said up front). Song requests clearly tell you they need Spotify.
  • The chat bot now tells you when it isn't a moderator (or nothing is connected), with a red banner on every bot and moderation page. Commands get a Test button with a live reply preview, alternative names and a timezone picker.
  • Clickable variables with a live preview in automations, loyalty, alert text and Discord messages. Discord adds Send test buttons, a warning when the bot's role is too low to assign a role, and an emoji picker with your server's emojis.
  • Store memberships can give buyers a Discord role while they're active; buyers link Discord from their purchase page.
  • Alert Test now tells you when no overlay is connected in OBS. Drag any overlay link straight into OBS, apply your branding to all overlays at once, and upload your own images for the emote overlay.
  • Number fields can be typed normally and save when you leave them. Automations highlight incomplete actions, suggest OBS names you already used, use a % volume slider and let you review presets before saving. Quests pick channel-point rewards from a list and giveaway minimums are in your currency.
  • Payouts show what Stripe still needs in plain words and every payout link opens the right tab; prices show your currency; social links on your pay page are free on every plan; product description templates in the store.
  • Onboarding adds "Create your first paid alert" and "Choose your /link", and the first-run wizard can be finished later. Fixed: moderators got the wrong overlay links from the overlays hub, and the emote overlay was missing there.
v0.14.0

Viewer and moderator accounts, channel mods, Ad-free plan and 2K clips

  • Every new account now picks what it is: streamer, viewer or moderator. Viewers get their own simple home with their purchases and settings, and you can switch later in Settings → Profile. The beta code is only asked when you activate a channel.
  • Channel moderators: invite your mods by link or email (or let Trigglow detect them from chat mod badges and Twitch), choose which sections each one can edit, from commands and alerts to giveaways, clips or your store's products. Mods switch channels from the account menu, and every change they make is logged.
  • New Ad-free plan (€0.99/month), open to every account: no ads anywhere and clip playback in 1080p and 2K.
  • Clips now play up to their original quality (1440p/2K, 60 fps kept), with correct labels for ultrawide and vertical clips. 720p needs an account and 1080p/2K the Ad-free or a paid plan. While paused, step frame by frame with , and . keys.
  • Subscribe to clip channels and follow them in the new Subscriptions feed. Channels with few clips are padded with more clips to watch.
  • Pin Twitch messages straight from the unified chat.
  • Seasonal themes: Halloween, winter, New Year, Valentine's, spring, summer and Trigglow's anniversary bring their own colours, effects and icons. Turn them off in Settings → Language & themes.
  • Get stream event emails as one daily digest instead of one email per event. Donor receipts and refund emails now arrive in the donor's language, support ticket emails are translated, and Plus pay hubs are white-label (no Trigglow logo).
  • New public pages: About, Advertise (for brands) and Creators (the Trigglow Creators program). Stream info now has a category search with cover art. Security: a 2FA code can no longer be reused, including at login.
v0.13.0

A new look: sharper, flatter design and a public pricing page

  • A new look across the whole platform: a flatter, sharper design with square corners, thin hairline borders and monospace labels, keeping Trigglow's cyan-to-magenta gradient as the accent. The dashboard, public pages, forms and menus now share one style.
  • Cleaner navigation: the sidebar and top bar line up, the public header is split into clear sections with a gradient underline on the current page, and buttons, text fields and dropdowns now all share the same height.
  • Smoother feel: an animated headline on the home page, a scrolling ticker, a scroll ruler on the side of public pages and smooth scrolling (all turned off if your system prefers reduced motion).
  • Redesigned form controls: flat text fields, square checkboxes, radios and toggles, and menus and dialogs without heavy shadows.
  • New public Pricing page (/pricing) comparing the Free, Starter and Plus plans, linked from the header and footer.
  • The Trigglow Desktop app screens (title bar, sign-in, setup, settings and chat dock) were updated to the same look.
v0.12.0

A complete shop: storefront, memberships, buyer accounts and verification

  • New storefront and product pages in the style of Ko-fi and Steam: featured carousel, filters, tags, a multi-item cart with discount codes, image gallery with trailer, FAQ and requirements. Every public page follows the platform's design and works in all 7 languages.
  • Create products with a step-by-step builder and live preview. Products go through staff verification before they are sold; edits to an approved product wait for review while the live version keeps selling. Product media is reviewed together with the product.
  • New product types and pricing: license keys, free products (price 0), pay-what-you-want, stock limits and discount codes. New Memberships (monthly or yearly) with Trigglow's platform fee on every payment, buyer cancel/resume, and discount codes that apply to the first payment or to every renewal.
  • Buyers keep what they paid for: a permanent purchase page that survives the seller deleting the product or the account, emailed receipts, and an optional buyer account with a "My purchases" library. Sellers can verify members from their own site or bot with API keys, or with the new "Sign in with Trigglow" (OAuth).
  • Refunds are now per item (even inside a cart), memberships included, and support can open a dispute with the seller from the ticket system. Fixes: orders stuck as pending now complete or cancel, and long descriptions no longer overflow.
v0.11.5

Current Trigglow logo in emails and receipts

  • Emails, PDF receipts and the Stripe checkout page now show the current Trigglow logo instead of the old one.
v0.11.4

Dynamic Delay updates page matches the real plugin versions

  • The Dynamic Delay OBS updates page now lists every real plugin release, from 0.1.0 to 0.5.0, with its real date.
v0.11.3

Dynamic Delay 0.5.0 in the updates page

  • The Dynamic Delay OBS updates page now lists version 0.5.0: the "Delay Ns" overlay, exact video/audio sync, a responsive dock and fixes.
v0.11.2

Support attachments download correctly

  • Fixed support-ticket attachments (such as OBS logs sent from the Dynamic Delay report button) downloading as a web page instead of the real file.
v0.11.1

A clearer page to connect Trigglow apps

  • The page that links an app to your account (Trigglow Dynamic Delay, the Desktop app and the Stream Deck plugin) has a new look: a centered card with a clear icon for each step — sign in, confirm, connected, or missing code.
  • It now says which app is asking to connect ("Trigglow Desktop App", "Trigglow Stream Deck" or "Trigglow Dynamic Delay") instead of always naming Dynamic Delay.
  • Once you confirm, the tab closes itself after 5 seconds with a visible countdown (if your browser does not allow it, you can simply close it).
v0.11.0

Levels, coins and custom /rank cards for your Discord server

  • Discord levels: members earn XP by chatting (with an anti-spam gate, per-role multipliers, an optional bonus while you are live and level-to-role rewards), check their progress with /rank and /leaderboard, and get an announcement when they level up.
  • Coins and card shop: members earn coins by leveling up, chatting while you are live or claiming /daily, and spend them in /shop on card themes, fonts and photo-border colors for their /rank card. /shop now shows visual previews. Titles unlock automatically by level (Novato → Mítico) and you can add your own or turn Trigglow's off. Coin and XP grants can be limited to the roles you choose and are recorded in an audit log.
  • Custom commands now also work as Discord slash commands (/command) alongside !command, so they keep working even if your server loses the Message Content intent.
  • Privacy: our privacy and cookie policies now describe our cookie-less visit and download statistics (no cookies, no raw IP, no tracking across days). Plus smaller improvements to payment-issue handling for our support team.
v0.10.0

TrigglowBot levels up — welcome messages, reaction roles, custom commands and more

  • Discord: TrigglowBot now greets new members (with an optional auto-role) and says goodbye when they leave, posts reaction-role panels, and answers your own !commands. Moderation gained /unban, /unmute, /tempban, /infractions, /slowmode and the same spam filters that protect your Kick/Twitch chat — and moderation plus custom commands are now free on every plan.
  • Discord live alerts: announce other Kick or Twitch streamers going live (a co-streamer who never signed up, for example) — Free 5, Starter 15, Plus 25 per server, with separate Twitch and Kick lists. The /app/discord dashboard was redesigned around a server picker and per-module pages.
  • New notification preferences in Settings: get an email or a browser push notification for follows, subs, gift subs, gifts and raids.
  • Music overlay can show synced lyrics for the current song, you can hide individual clips from your clips page, and the "server unreachable" screen now explains the problem more clearly and retries automatically.
v0.9.0

TrigglowBot — a Discord bot for stream alerts and moderation

  • New: TrigglowBot, an installable Discord bot — post an alert on your server the moment you go live on Kick or Twitch, plus /warn /mute /kick /ban /purge and spam/link/invite filters that reuse your existing Trigglow banned-words list (Starter plan or higher). Install it from Settings → Connections → Discord, or read more on the new /discord page.
  • Fix: sandboxed Adsterra ad iframes after a production report of ads force-redirecting the whole tab — a malicious creative can no longer hijack navigation.
  • Now Playing widget: long song/track titles that overflow now scroll smoothly instead of getting cut off; the clip editor gained a "My projects" modal to reopen a saved project.
v0.8.0

Twitch clips can now have a custom duration (5–60s)

  • The "Create clip" modal for Twitch now has a duration slider from 5 to 60 seconds, instead of always creating a fixed 30-second clip.
v0.7.4

Fix: Twitch link redirect, and a couple of leftover "Kick" labels

  • Linking or reconnecting Twitch now returns you to the page you started from (e.g. /app/clips) instead of always landing on Settings.
  • Fixed a few spots that still said "Kick" on UI shared by both platforms: the Clips page subtitle, the Twitch tab's empty state, and the Stream Deck plugin's Create-clip tooltip.
v0.7.3

Fix: reconnecting Twitch now actually grants the new Clips permission

  • Reconnecting Twitch appeared to succeed (it correctly landed you back on Settings) but silently kept your old permissions — Twitch doesn't force its consent screen for an app you'd already authorized, even when it's now asking for more. Reconnecting now always shows that screen, so the new Clips permission is actually granted. If you already tried reconnecting, do it once more.
v0.7.2

Fix: reconnecting Twitch/Kick no longer bounces back to Settings

  • Reconnecting Twitch (or Kick) to grant new permissions could silently land you back on Settings instead of the platform's authorization screen, on accounts that had been logged in for a while — the session cookie that flow depends on had quietly expired even though the rest of the app still saw you as logged in. Fixed: that cookie now refreshes automatically as you use Trigglow, and the reconnect button refreshes it again right before sending you to authorize, so it always works.
v0.7.1

Fix: "Watch on Kick/Twitch" link, redesigned share button

  • The "Watch on Kick"/"Watch on Twitch" button on a native clip's public page did nothing — fixed.
  • The share button on every clip page is now a proper sheet: Email, WhatsApp, Facebook, X, plus a one-click copy-URL field.
  • Reconnecting Twitch to grant the new Clips permission now actually does something — a "Reconnect" link next to an already-connected platform in Connections, and the Clips tab's banner links straight into the Twitch authorization flow instead of a settings page with nothing to click.
v0.7.0

Twitch Clips (Beta): create, download, and engage with native Twitch clips

  • New "Native Twitch clips" tab in /app/clips — powered by Twitch's own official Clips API, not a workaround. Create a clip while live, download the video, and get likes/comments/views on top, same as native Kick clips already had.
  • The Stream Deck "Create clip" key now works for Twitch too, with an optional per-key platform picker (Kick / Twitch / Automatic) when you have both linked.
  • Beta, off by default. If you already linked Twitch, you'll need to reconnect it once from Settings to grant the new clip permissions — viewing your existing Twitch clips works immediately either way.
v0.6.4

Stream Deck plugin now on Elgato Marketplace, plus quicker access to the Create-clip setup URL

  • The Stream Deck plugin now installs from its official Elgato Marketplace listing — updates are handled by Stream Deck itself. Direct beta-build downloads are still available under Extensions → Advanced options.
  • Clips settings now shows the Stream Deck "Create clip" setup URL directly, with a one-click copy — no need to already know it lives on the Extensions page.
v0.6.3

Fix: Starter/Plus visitors no longer see ads on public pages

  • Signed-in Starter and Plus users saw ads on public pages (homepage, docs, /clips, /dynamic-delay) even though the dashboard correctly hid them for paid plans — that's fixed now, ads never show anywhere once you're on a paid plan.
v0.6.2

Switched ad network to Adsterra, extended ads to public pages, and refreshed the cookie consent banner

  • Replaced Google AdSense with Adsterra across the Free plan dashboard and the site's public pages (homepage, docs, changelog, etc.) — same GDPR consent gate as before, nothing loads until you accept.
  • New fixed side-rail ads on wide screens on /clips and /dynamic-delay, and a compact mobile-sized banner alongside the existing desktop one.
  • Redesigned the cookie consent banner: a wider category panel so "Necessary" and "Marketing" cookies are fully readable, a new cookie icon, and a clearer "Remove ads" call to action.
  • Updated the Cookie Policy, Privacy Policy, and Subprocessors list to reflect Adsterra as our advertising partner.
v0.6.1

Native Kick clips now play in-page, plus a Stream Deck "Create clip" button

  • Native Kick clip pages now play the video directly on Trigglow instead of only linking out to kick.com — the "Watch on Kick" option is still there for anyone who prefers it.
  • New Stream Deck button: clip your live Kick stream with one press. Since Stream Deck has no text input, the clip gets an auto-generated title from your live category, and TrigglowBot posts the clip's link into your chat automatically.
v0.6.0

Digital Store, email broadcasts, and native Kick clip likes/comments/downloads

  • New Trigglow Store: sell digital products (files, downloads) with secure, expirable download links delivered automatically after purchase.
  • New email broadcasts: send templated campaigns to your audience, filterable by plan and preferences, from the admin panel.
  • Kick has no public like/comment surface, so clips made natively on Kick now get Trigglow's own views, likes and comments on their own page — video playback stays on kick.com, we just layer engagement on top.
  • Streamers can now download their own native Kick clips from the Clips dashboard, and pick the exact frame to use as a Trigglow clip's thumbnail instead of always the auto-picked one.
v0.5.4

Fix: Clips link missing from the site header

  • Added a "Clips" link to the public header nav so the new global gallery is actually discoverable.
v0.5.3

Kick Clips: a global clips gallery, a proper branded header, and native Kick clips

  • New global gallery at /clips — the latest clips made with Trigglow across every channel, with an "active channels" avatar row up top, just like a real clips homepage.
  • Public clip pages, channel galleries and the new global gallery now use Trigglow's actual site header (nav, language switcher, sign-in) instead of a bare logo.
  • Clips made natively on Kick (by you or a viewer, outside Trigglow) now show up too — a "Native Kick clips" tab on your dashboard and on your public channel gallery, clearly marked with a Kick badge, linking straight to the real kick.com clip.
v0.5.2

Kick Clips: real thumbnails, view counts everywhere, and streamer identity on clip pages

  • Clips now keep a real thumbnail image captured from the clip itself, instead of falling back to a video preview after the first render — every clip card across the app loads faster and looks sharper.
  • View counts now show on your own clip list and on public channel galleries, not just on the clip page itself.
  • Public clip pages now show the streamer's avatar and channel name right under the player, with a quick "View all clips" shortcut — and channel galleries got the same treatment.
v0.5.1

Kick Clips: channel clip galleries, an Enable Clips switch, and a proper footer

  • Every channel now has its own public gallery at /clips/channel/<name>, linked from each clip page's "View all clips" — browse everything a streamer has published, paginated.
  • New per-streamer "Enable Clips" switch in a small Settings panel on the Clips dashboard — turn off new clip creation without taking down clips you've already made.
  • Public clip pages now end in a real site footer instead of just stopping, matching the rest of Trigglow.
v0.5.0

Kick Clips: public clip pages with likes, comments, and views

  • Every clip now has its own public page — anyone with the link can watch it, no Trigglow account needed, just like Kick's own clip pages. Signed-in viewers can like/dislike, comment, and see view counts; comments run through the same Banned Words and spam-filter protections already guarding your live chat.
  • Each clip page shows a "more clips from this channel" sidebar, and has Share and Download buttons.
v0.4.4

Fix: Clips search icon and thumbnail player polish

  • Fixed the Clips search box's icon overlapping its placeholder text, and replaced the browser's own video controls on clip thumbnails (which cluttered the row on hover) with a clean static thumbnail and a single play button that opens the clip in a proper player.
v0.4.3

Kick Clips: redesigned Clips page — search, filters, sort, rename & delete

  • Clips got a full redesign: a prominent "Create clip" button opens a create dialog instead of a permanent form, and your clips now show in a searchable, filterable, sortable library with duration and date filters and a Newest/Oldest/Longest/Shortest sort.
  • Each clip now has a "..." menu with Download, Rename, and Delete (with a confirmation step) — plus "Load more" paging once you have more than a page of clips.
  • Refreshed toast notifications across the app with smoother, more polished animations.
v0.4.2

Kick Clips: fixed 30s duration and a redesigned gallery

  • Kick Clips (still Beta) dropped the duration slider — every clip now captures up to the last 30 seconds of your stream (still limited to whatever's actually buffered). The Clips page is redesigned too: a compact one-line quick-create bar, and your clips now show in a proper gallery with a duration badge, title, and date on each card.
v0.4.1

Kick Clips: rebuilt to work without a bot login at all

  • Kick Clips (still Beta) no longer relies on the Trigglow bot logging into Kick — clips are now captured directly from your channel's own live stream and stored on Trigglow, so there's nothing to connect or set up beyond linking Kick. Duration is now 5-20 seconds (down from the earlier 10-180s target), matching what's actually available from a live capture rather than Kick's own native clip tool.
v0.4.0

Kick Clips (Beta): custom-duration clips via the Trigglow bot

  • New Clips tab: create Kick clips with a fully custom duration (10-180 seconds — Kick's own maximum, not a fixed ~30s like third-party tools), and browse your recent clips without leaving Trigglow. The Trigglow bot creates them on your behalf, so there's no separate Kick login on your side — just make sure the bot is a moderator in your chat, same as any other bot feature.
  • Marked Beta in the sidebar and on the page: Kick has no official clips API yet, so this runs on an undocumented surface we're still validating against real, live streams.
v0.3.1

Fix: silent bounce when connecting Kick/Twitch/Spotify with an expired session

  • Fixed a bug where clicking "Connect" for Kick, Twitch, or Spotify in Settings could silently drop you back on the same page with no explanation if your session had quietly expired in the background. You'll now see a clear "your session expired, please sign in again" message instead.
v0.3.0

Trigglow Bot modules, Twitch bot fixes, and a rebuilt spam filter

  • New Trigglow Bot Modules: Eight Ball, Emote Pyramid, Emote Combo, and a moderator-only Shoutout command — plus a Bot Overview landing page, a per-platform Platforms page, bot identity modes (post as yourself, or link a free dedicated bot account on Plus), and a moderation history log.
  • Chat commands got a big variable upgrade: named counters ($(count)/$(getcounter)/$(setcounter)), persistent per-user and channel-wide variables ($(setuservar)/$(uservar)/$(setglobalvar)/$(globalvar), plus $(json)/$(jsonset)/$(jsonunset)), your loyalty stats ($(points)/$(level)/$(addPoints)/$(setPoints)), and an SSRF-hardened fetch[url]/$(urlfetch)/$(earlyFetch) for pulling in outside data.
  • Twitch parity fixes: a data bug that could merge a Kick and a Twitch viewer's loyalty XP/points (and quest/giveaway progress) when they happened to share the same numeric id is fixed; Emote Pyramid/Combo now recognize your channel's real Twitch emotes instead of only a fixed word list; and — the big one — a streamer connected to both Kick and Twitch no longer has bot replies (custom commands, chat alerts, moderation warnings, song requests) silently posting only to Kick when they were actually triggered on Twitch.
  • Spam Filters & Banned Words rebuilt on a per-filter penalty model: choose warn/timeout/ban independently for each of the 9 filters and for Banned Words groups, with violation-count probation tracking, one-man-spam detection, and automatic language detection — now living in their own place under Trigglow Bot.
  • New streamer Earnings dashboard with a payouts breakdown, and an admin Stripe Connect health page.
  • Interface polish: confirmation modals on destructive admin/dashboard actions, bulk select + actions on Automations, shared Tabs/search/error-state components, and clearer descriptions on the sidebar's brand-named tools.
v0.2.2

Dynamic Delay OBS plugin: report a problem, update check, and full translation

  • The Dynamic Delay OBS plugin dock got a redesign, an in-app "Report a problem" button that creates a support ticket with your OBS log attached automatically, a check for new plugin versions, and a real translation pass (it now follows OBS's own language setting instead of always showing Spanish).
  • A measured (not assumed) tuning pass on the plugin's RAM buffer cut real memory usage at 30s/1080p from roughly 2.8GB to 2.1GB.
  • `/auth/me` now returns your account email, so the plugin can pre-fill it in the new report-a-problem form for anyone already signed in.
  • New Spotify song requests: viewers queue tracks with a chat command (`!sr`), with per-viewer cooldowns, a max queue length, a per-viewer hold limit, a minimum chat level and an explicit-content toggle. Trigglow can auto-advance the queue on your active Spotify device, and a dedicated OBS overlay shows the now-playing track with album art, progress, requester and the next-up list.
  • Every persistent overlay is now customisable from its own page with a live preview: the chat, quests, giveaway, loyalty and music overlays — and the loyalty leaderboard shown on the alerts overlay — share one appearance panel for font, text and accent colours, background and border, drop shadow, entrance animation, screen anchor, padding, spacing and scale.
v0.2.1

Support & Feedback internationalization, admin safety modals, and UI polish

  • Support & Feedback Portal translated into 4 languages: the public support center, ticket creation and tracking, and the community feedback portal are now fully localized in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Chinese with dynamic language switching.
  • Localized ticket statuses and categories: issue categories, priority badges, ticket status labels, form validation alerts, and FAQs now display seamlessly in your selected language.
  • Safer admin management: added confirmation modals for critical and destructive actions across the admin dashboard, including disabling platform bots, deleting quests, and approving or rejecting referral commissions.
  • Design system consistency: introduced the shared SpButton component and unified currency formatting across studio, billing, and admin panels.
v0.2.0

Twitch support, giveaways, and a bigger loyalty system

  • Twitch is now a first-class platform alongside Kick: sign up or link a channel with "Continue with Twitch", full OAuth, and live chat/follow/sub/cheer/raid events through EventSub — the chatbot, chat commands, quests, loyalty, and overlays all work the same as on Kick.
  • The chat overlay now shows a per-message source mark so viewers from Kick and Twitch are told apart at a glance.
  • New Giveaways tool: run raffles off your live stream activity (follows, subs, gifts, chat), pick single or multiple winners, re-roll, and see entry/winner history — plus a dedicated OBS overlay.
  • Loyalty & XP expanded: point multipliers, XP for raids/donations/watch time/daily streaks, named level tiers, a points economy with redeemable rewards, and a new animated overlay for level-ups and the leaderboard.
v0.1.4

Interface polish, localized emails & safer accounts

  • Interface polish pass across the app: scroll-reveal animations on public pages, loading skeletons, toast notifications, animated counters, a route-change progress bar, and consistent focus rings and empty states.
  • One Kick channel, one account: a channel can only be linked to a single Trigglow account, signing in with Kick no longer creates a duplicate account, and you can unlink your channel yourself from Settings → Security (you are asked to set a password first if the account was created with Kick). Support can move a channel between accounts.
  • Transactional emails redesigned with a lighter layout and fully translated into 7 languages.
  • Payment receipts and subscription invoices now come with a downloadable PDF.
  • Manual image review: admins can require avatars, banners and uploaded images to be approved by staff before they go live, with an in-app notice while a review is pending.
  • New "bot" account type for cleaner admin user filtering.
  • Import your chat commands from other bots: connect Nightbot (OAuth, tokens never stored), pull from Botrix by channel, or paste / upload a Streamlabs Chatbot export. A review screen maps permissions to Trigglow roles, translates response variables, and flags name clashes with an overwrite / skip / rename choice before committing; chat alerts found in the file are offered as opt-in extras.
  • Chat commands 2.0: commands now support aliases and per-command / per-user cooldowns, a searchable variable picker with descriptions and examples for building responses, and stronger duplicate-name collision detection.
v0.1.3

Stream Deck setup link fix

  • Fixed the Stream Deck "Setup URL" box not appearing on the Extensions page — it was silently failing to fetch from a stale endpoint, so nobody could copy their setup link into the plugin.
v0.1.2

Lower Starter & Plus pricing, chatbot fixes

  • Starter drops from €4 to €1.99/month and Plus from €10 to €3.99/month.
  • Chat bot: stopped duplicate replies when a channel has both a shared and a custom bot connected, and added a help list for unknown commands.
  • Trigglow Link: fixed the profile avatar painting under the banner band.
v0.1.1

Production hardening & Trigglow Link overhaul

  • Payment safety: referral commission payouts and account credits are now booked atomically with Stripe idempotency keys — a double click or a retried webhook can no longer pay twice.
  • Referral commissions convert from checkout.session.completed, not only invoice.paid, so a referred viewer's first Starter/Plus payment always books the inviter's commission. Stripe webhooks are de-duplicated by event id.
  • Auth hardening: per-account login throttle, an atomic rate limiter that fails open during a Redis blip, an optional dedicated key for encrypting connected-platform tokens, and a kill switch for legacy sessions.
  • Trigglow Link: upload a real profile photo, a guaranteed-unique @username, and a drag-and-drop two-column layout editor for the public hub.
  • The Link editor preview now renders the real public page live (mobile and desktop) instead of a mock; social links moved into the header with brand colours, and Bluesky was added.
  • Safety & Filters now owns the bot live-chat word list too — one place for blocked/allowed words and packs. Trigglow Bot is a collapsible section under Tools.
  • Billing shows a scheduled cancellation ("your plan ends on <date>, N days left") instead of looking active until it disappears.
  • Interface polish: hand-drawn SVG icons replace emoji across the app; SSRF-hardened remote image fetches and stricter upload type checks.
  • Retired the old *.virosms.com hosts — everything now runs on trigglow.com / api.trigglow.com.
v0.1.0

Closed Alpha Graduation to Production

  • Official production release on trigglow.com graduating from closed alpha.
  • Native Kick Chatbot (TrigglowBot): official API moderation (timeout/ban/delete), role-gated commands, anti-spam timers, and free custom bot account linking.
  • Quests & Community Goals: 10 real-time live stream metrics, animated OBS overlay widget (/overlay/:slug/quests), and milestone chat announcements.
  • Loyalty & XP Engine: viewer profiles, automatic level progression, daily streaks, !rank chat command, and live stream leaderboard widget.
  • Trigglow Pay & Creator Studio: Stripe Connect Express payouts, donor voice clips recorded from browser microphone, and media picker.
  • Stream Analytics & Engagement: automated session rollups on stream end, peak viewers, and 0–100 engagement score breakdown.
  • Live Controls: official Elgato Stream Deck plugin (actions for skip, mute, replay, clear) and Trigglow Dynamic Delay latency synchronizer.
  • Account Security & GDPR: Two-Factor Authentication (2FA / TOTP with encrypted secrets), self-service ZIP data export, and 7-day account deletion grace period.
