Access modes
Free chat commands, Kick channel points, or paid unlocks outside Kick.
Free: viewers type a command (and optional args for {message}). You can limit who may use it (everyone, followers, subs, VIP, mods).
Channel points: Kick handles the cost; Trigglow fires the overlay on successful redeem.
Money: viewers pay via your pay page. You can set a fixed price, or let viewers choose an amount with a minimum you define. You must finish Stripe Connect in Settings → Payouts before you can create or save money triggers. Checkout is blocked until charges and payouts are enabled on your connected account. Trigglow keeps a platform fee that depends on your plan (5 % on Free, 2 % on Starter, 0 % on Pro), and the Stripe processing fee is taken from the charge on top.
If a paid alert uses the viewer’s voice recording and you turn off “Allow viewer media uploads” in Safety, your pay page shows it as “Not available right now” and nobody can buy it until you turn uploads back on.
If a paid alert can’t be shown (for example OBS is closed), Trigglow keeps it and retries automatically: for a few hours after a technical error, and up to 12 hours while your overlay is offline — it plays as soon as the overlay reconnects. Activity shows each paid alert as Delivered, Retrying, Failed (with the reason) or Uncertain. You get a notification when one fails, and you can retry it from Activity up to 3 times (for an uncertain one, only after confirming it may show twice).
